Virtual Office Suite
What is the
Virtual Office Suite? The Virtual Office Suite or VOS is comprised of all
five of Future Health’s software solutions: Scheduler, Dashboard
Documentation, Electronic Health Record, Intelligent Billing and Virtual
Educator (patient education).
What are the benefits of the Virtual Office Suite? There are many benefits
to VOS including its fully integrated system where all components
“talk” to one another. It’s also one system so there is one company
to call for support. Another benefit is that the VOS will increase your
practices productivity by streamlining office procedures.
Do I have to pay for upgrades for each component of the VOS? No, you will
not get charged a separate fee for each component. All annual upgrade fees
are included in your annual maintenance cost.
How will the VOS help my practice become more efficient? All of your
systems will work together, eliminating redundancy of staff tasks.
Can I buy one module and add others later? Yes. Future Health software is
designed to fit your needs. Purchase only the modules you need for your
practice today, and if you choose, purchase additional modules at a later
date.
Is it more cost effective to buy a package of the modules? Yes. Even
though any single module can be purchased and/or added to your existing
system, the more modules purchased together – the greater the savings.
Each module purchase entails administrative costs associated with
paperwork, installation, and training. Future Health passes the savings
associated with package purchases on to you.
